Welcome to First Aid FX

Established in 2018 for our own training needs, we now create custom simulation wounds for various organizations in the UK, including the Police, Armed Forces, Air Ambulance services, and the NHS. Our realistic and reusable wounds are designed for first aid training in different settings.

Our team of healthcare professionals, including Paramedics and Midwives, hand crafts these training aids. On our site, you'll find realistic simulation wounds that will make your ‘casualties’ appear in need of first aid—or even an ambulance! Our prosthetic injuries, burns, and stab wounds can evoke strong reactions, as they are handmade from latex, foams, and flexible plastics, painted and spattered with fake blood.

We replicate both unusual and common injuries, such as cuts from screws, broken bones, and burns. Please note, our products are not for the faint-hearted! We've made specific wounds for various training scenarios, like forestry injuries or horse riding accidents.
